National Essay Writing Competition Results
‘Words never fade away but echo on for eternity’
The 2014 National Essay Writing Competition organized by Virtual University of Pakistan was a great success. Students from various universities across Pakistan enthusiastically participated in the competition. We are thankful to all the participants of the competition and heartily congratulate the winners of this competition. In recognition of their achievement cash prize and a certificate will be awarded to the winners.
The details of the winners of the English essay competition on the topic “Role of E-Learning in National Development” is as follows:
- Nauman Malik (University of Sargodha), 1st Position, Cash Prize: 50,000 PKR
- Ufaq Sherazi (Riphah International University, Islamabad), 2nd Position, Cash Prize: 25,000 PKR
- Aymen Ahmed (NUST, Islamabad), 3rd Position, Cash Prize: 10,000 PKR
Due to insufficient and not up to the mark entries for essays written in Urdu language, they have not been included in the competition.
